Congratulations to the CJS Players and Coaches that achieved top placements at the Growthpoint National Championship 2022 held in Cape Town at the V&A Waterfront!
CJS Players
The regional tournaments were held in July, and the following CJS players were invited to play in the final rounds in Cape Town: Anushka Janse van Rensburg, Starla Phillips, Elzandri Janse van Rensburg, Juan-Corne Brand, Chante Leppan, Namratha Niranjan, and Judah Phillips.
Congratulations to Juan-Corne Brand who took the title for the U/15 Boys, and Elzandri Janse van Rensburg who won the U/15 Girls title!
CJS Coaches
Three CJS coaches were also playing in the final rounds: Dewald van Niekerk, JP Brits, and Teagan Roux.
Congratulations to coach Dewald for winning the Men’s Title, while coach JP finished in 5th place in the men’s section and coach Teagan finished in 5th place in the Ladies’ section.
