The 2024 Dunlop CJS Open Junior Squash Tournament was held from 26 to 28 July 2024 at various squash venues in Centurion.  With 168 players who entered, it was the largest tournament to date for CJS.  Parents and players travelled from places like Polokwane, Potchefstroom, KZN, and Nelspruit, to join this tournament!

Congratulations to CJS Player CA Froneman from Midstream College for winning the final against Joseph Myers from Menlopark Hoërskool!

This was a graded event, where players were grouped by strength and assigned to color-coded groups. Some players competed against others older, younger, or of a different gender. This approach adds a bit of flair and provides stronger competition for our players.

We had a wonderful surprise for our players as our SA champions, who recently returned from Houston after competing in the World Junior Tournament, in Texas, joined us to hand out the prizes. Many players were thrilled to meet these champions and will remember this moment for the rest of their lives. A sincere thank you to our SA players for giving their time and being inspiring role models to the young squash participants.
