NJSA Closed 2026

From 15–17 May 2026, 89 players from Centurion Junior Squash competed across Pretoria in the NJSA Closed Tournament, one of the most important junior squash events for players hoping to be considered for Northerns Junior Squash IPT team selection.

It was a demanding weekend filled with long days, tough matches, emotional moments, and the added responsibility of marking and refereeing between games. Through every win and every setback, our players showed determination, resilience, and courage on court.

We are incredibly proud of every single CJS player who stepped up and gave their best.

A big thank you also goes to our amazing parents for the early mornings, long hours at the courts, constant support, and encouragement throughout the weekend. Your role in these journeys is invaluable.

We would also like to thank the NJSA team for the tremendous amount of work that goes into hosting a tournament of this scale. From preparation before the event to the final results afterwards, your dedication to junior squash is deeply appreciated.

And what a result for CJS! Our players achieved an outstanding 41 Top 3 finishes across the tournament, a true reflection of their hard work and commitment.
