Young Stars Shine at the NJSA Primary Schools League 🌟

From Tuesday 16 September to Friday 19 September 2025, the squash courts in Centurion and Pretoria were buzzing with energy as primary school teams came together for the NJSA Primary Schools League.

This annual event is always a highlight on the junior squash calendar, giving young players the chance to represent their schools, test their skills, and enjoy the thrill of team competition. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, school spirit, and plenty of cheering from teammates and parents alike!

Teams from across Northern Gauteng battled it out to see who would come out on top as the best primary school squash team in the region. The participating schools were:

• Midstream College Primary

• Midstream Ridge Primary

• Laerskool Rooihuiskraal

• Laerskool Constantia Park

• Laerskool Hennopspark

• Southdowns College

• St Mary’s DSG

• CJS Invitational teams (Laerskool Wierda Park and Cornwall Hill College)

• Tuks Invitational team

👏 A huge congratulations to every team and player who took part! The NJSA Primary Schools League is about more than just results — it’s about developing a love for squash, building friendships, and giving our youngest athletes the chance to grow in confidence.
